Most of our residential subscribers opt for the Silver Care Plan which includes all of the maintenance options and coverage for a modern smart home (the form below initiates the agreement), the Gold care is more geared towards commercial maintenance care contracts. Both packages come with a 30 day free trial and can be cancelled at any time.

A Question we get asked a lot is, 'What's the Difference between having this agreement and just calling you when something goes wrong?
1) The concept of preventative maintenance, is that it's less likely to go wrong in the first place because we would have already checked and replaced the worn or faulty component or notified you that there is an issue.
2) when you have a maintenance care agreement we are are obliged to help swiftly, normally we will respond and find a resolution within 48hours, if you do not have any cover we'll still try our best to help you but there will most likely be a longer response time.
